Shipping & Delivery
Below you will find the estimated delivery times and shipping costs based on your destination.
During sale periods, special promotional campaigns, and for selected items clearly marked on their product page, Standard Shipping may take 5–7 business days, and Express Shipping may be temporarily unavailable depending on order volume.

Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible shipping methods with selected carriers for orders over €60 throughout Mainland Spain, Portugal, and the Balearic Islands.
To qualify for free shipping, customers must select the eligible shipping carrier during checkout.
Express Shipping
For Express Shipping, the 24-hour delivery period begins once you receive your order confirmation email, provided the order is placed between Monday and Friday.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed on the following business day.
Please note that delivery times may be extended if you cancel an item or change the delivery address after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address can no longer be modified.
Saturday Express Delivery
Saturday Express Delivery is available only for selected postal codes.
To receive your order on Saturday, it must be placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+1) on Friday.
Delivery Information
Please note that all shipments are handled by third-party carriers. Delivery times are therefore estimates only and may be affected by payment authorization delays or exceptional circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, transport disruptions, or strikes.
If the customer, or a person authorized by the customer, is unable to receive the order at the agreed time and location, they should contact our Customer Service team to arrange an alternative delivery date.
If delivery cannot be completed as scheduled, the courier will contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. Should delivery remain unsuccessful for reasons beyond our control, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
If we are unable to contact the customer, or if the customer refuses to accept the order within 30 days of the failed delivery attempt, the order will be considered abandoned, and the company reserves the right not to issue a refund.
Pre-Order Products
Pre-order items are not in stock at the time the order is placed.
The estimated shipping date for each pre-order item is displayed on its product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
If there is a significant change to the expected shipping date, customers will be notified by email with the updated estimated dispatch date.
